About Cinderwell

Cinderwell doesn't chase one category. A pricing tool for people who make things by hand. An app for tracking migraines. A kit of low-poly assets for game developers who'd rather build worlds than model buildings from scratch. On paper, these don't belong on the same shelf.

They belong to the same studio because of how they're built, not what they're built for. Every product starts from the same question: what's the smallest, most honest version of this that actually helps someone? Not the version with the most features. The version that does one job well.

That's what "a small fire, kept carefully" means in practice. A fire that's fed too fast burns bright and dies out. Cinderwell is built slower than that on purpose — one product at a time, built properly, kept burning rather than rushed to a launch date and left to cool.

Right now that means MakerTally — a pricing workbook for handmade product makers, live and in use today — while a migraine-tracking app and a solarpunk asset kit for game developers are taking shape behind it. Each one gets built to the same standard: useful first, polished always, never shipped just to have shipped something.

Cinderwell is one person's studio, built in the hours around everything else in life. That's part of the shape of it, not a limitation to apologize for — small enough to care about every detail, patient enough to get them right.
