Products and purchases

MakerTally is currently sold through Etsy, and that purchase is governed by Etsy's own terms of service. Future products, including mobile apps, will be governed by the applicable app store's terms in addition to these.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, design, and the Cinderwell emblem — is the property of Cinderwell Studio LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.

No warranty

This site and our products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Cinderwell Studio LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of this site or our products, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as our products change. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
